As part of the Architecture Team, tasked to improve the overall bank’s strategy around information technology and its use, setting up long term Enterprise Architecture vision and objectives. Implementing a central architectural repository using Orbus iServer365 architecture modelling tool to generate and maintain architectural artefacts as needed.
After joining bank in 2018, worked closely with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications product teams & to recommend business stakeholders about architectural improvements and maintain the overall governance to ensure these applications stay in line with the enterprise architecture principles and guidelines.
Contributed in cross-team efforts in delivering critical COVID loan schemes (CBILS, CLBILS, BBLS & Future Funds) in the immediate aftermath of pandemic between Mar-Jun 2020 time periods. Worked closely with internal and external stakeholders in designing key application & service updates to support UK government response to pandemic related schemes.
